Company Secretarial Officer (Listed Company)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling company secretarial matters for listed and private companies, including preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies incorporated in various jurisdictions
  • Assisting in preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars etc
  • Assisting in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings and preparing related documentation
  • Providing day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handling ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with associate membership of HKICS or ICSA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in listed company and corporate governance
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal skills trainable, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Able to work independently, common sense, great judgement and under pressure
