Retail Officer Trainee Program – Wealth and Personal Banking

In pursuit of future growth, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is looking for a sophisticated team of Financial Services and Branch Operations Specialists. The program will enable high-caliber individuals to develop and pursue their career ladder in professional banking services.

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience will also be considered;
  • Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
  • Willing to start working in the Branches' Operation Team first.
  • Mature, presentable, customer-oriented and detail-minded.
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates are welcome.


During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated team of our Retail Banking’s Branches for further development subject to the trainee’s performance.
