Business Development Manager I (Ref:240000H6)

You will be employed by TraxComm Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTR Corporation Limited, which provides world-class wholesale telecommunications services in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business plan, conduct customer analysis and consolidate customer requirements to drive network rollout
• Translate customer requirements into initiatives of product development, service development and management
• Develop and manage strategic partnership to achieve business objectives
• Position TraxComm as the preferred wholesale network provider among business partners and customers
• Formulate and implement adaptive sales and channel strategies to achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets
• Enhance sales programs and channel partner programs to sharpen the competitive edges of the Company

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years' sales experience in the telecommunications industry, of which 5 years should be at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal skills with strong professional network with telecommunications service providers in Hong Kong
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments timely
• Proven track record in business development, sales programs or channel partner programs implementation is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year contract terms.
