Executive Assistant (Welcome overseas graduates) (18K - 24K, 5 Days)

Requirements

  • University graduate from overseas university. Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience in supporting the senior management
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support
  • Organize calendar, daily appointments, meetings and schedule
  • Manage communication with internal and external parties
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
