Accounts Assistant - Trading (5 Days, 19K - 21K)

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above 
  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in general accounting operation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediate available or short notice is a definite advantage

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle accounts payables & receivables
  • Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
  • Assist to prepare weekly/monthly accounting or analysis reports
  • Assist to maintain accounts of China office
  • Perform general duties such as filing and data entry
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
