Assistant C&B Manager - Retail

About the Client

We are representing a reputable fashion retail brand, they are looking for an Assistant HR Manager who is responsible for compensation and benefits matters for Hong Kong and South East Asia regions.


About the Role

  • Oversee the C&B function and monitor day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration in a professional and efficient manner
  • Participate in C&B projects and annual exercises, such as staff cost budget, salary benchmarking, benefits scheme renewal, performance management & tax reporting
  • Establish and review of compensation and rewards policies, such as pay/bonus structure and commission scheme review
  • Support daily HR operations and enhancement of HRIS
  • Assist in any adhoc HR project if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on C&B experience preferably in retail industry
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances in mentioned location
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, independent and hands-on
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Table)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
