Client Details

Our client is a large commercial group with brands across the globe. The are currently hiring a Regional Business Solution Analyst be responsible for user communication, solution design and delivery.

Description

• As the Agile Product Owner of PLM system, desmonstrate strong knowledge on the system functions and flows
• Maintain close communication with users, understand their requirements and provide solutions on system enhancement, process improvements, workflow design and automation (Utilizing technologies like Python/ VBA, Power Automate, UiPath)
• Effectively balance the needs of the users, as well as the direction and the needs of the company
• Partner with development team on development of solutions; bridge the expectations gap of user departments and technical team
• Create project timelines, manage implementation milestones and ensure quality deliverables
• Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable expectation are clearly communicated
• Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal skills

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Information System or related discipline
• 4+ years' experience in Business/ Solution Analysis
• Experience in software solution - ERP & PLM systems (e.g. SAP/ Centric etc.)
• Strong analytical skill and user management skill, especially the ability to analyse business workflow and process
• Hands on with Python/ VBA, RPA (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath)
• Hands on with PowerBI/ Tableau
• Strong experience in SDLC and Agile project management
• Industry background from apparel sourcing, garment or manufacturing; MNC experience is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and can work effectively with cross-regions internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in negotiation, problem solving and multi-tasking
• Fluent in English and Chinese; have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can-do attitude, detail-minded with growth mindset
