System Operator – Data Centre - Insurance Industry

Responsibilities:

• Execute all production and maintenance jobs as directed by the supervisor and specified in the operation documentation
• Monitor and control all production jobs being processed according to the schedule
• Report all hardware and software failures to the supervisor and produce relevant reports as directed
• Responsible for daily system processing, reporting printing and distribution with good quality
• Revise and update operation documentation
• Maintain site security, perform access control, and provide regular security reporting according to established procedures
• Keep good communication and co-ordination with team members and end users
• 5-day work, shift duty (3 shifts) is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience on various OS platform (such as Unix and Windows) is preferred
