Senior Sales or Sales Ex - Commercial Dishwasher Sales

Job duties:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the commercial dishwasher segment.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our product.
• Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions, including product recommendations and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure profitable business agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, offering professional advice and guidance on the selection of suitable product.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to proactively identify business opportunities and address market challenges.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to track sales performance and provide insights to management.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay abreast of the latest advancements in kitchen equipment technology.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Proven experiences in achieving organization business goals and objectives

• Solid experience in selling to restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other institutions

• Good knowledge and network of customer base and ability to pursue potential customers for business opportunities
• Honest, hardworking, aggressive and result-orientated
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and industry standards is highly desirable, especially in commercial dishwasher segment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus)

Salary: 25K + Comm
