Call Centre Agent / CS Assistant ($14-16K, welcome fresh graduates)

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer service hotline includes answering enquiries and handling complaints
  • Update customer records in the system, including making service orders
  • Follow up and make reservation for customers
  • Set up reports on customer interactions and complaints
  • Provide administrative support and assistance


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above (welcome fresh graduates)
  • 0-1 year working experience in customer service, including complaint handling
  • Polite, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good at MS Office and Chinese typing


Working pattern: 

  • 5.5 days / week 
  • 0900-1800 (Mon to Fri) & 0900-1330 (Sat)
