Programming Engineer (Capital Works) (Ref: 240000RW)

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and maintain the project master programme for new railway and related projects as well as monitor the work progress against the programme
• Assist in preparing tender documents, monitoring and controlling the agreed programme as well as coordinating with internal parties to resolve programming issues 
• Assist in forensic delay assessment and quantitative schedule risk analysis 
• Support the implementation of digital processes and systems for contemporaneous time management and earned value management 

Requirements 

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in major construction projects 
• Knowledge of programming techniques and software applications, preferably in Primavera P6 
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution and qualification with relevant experience in NEC Project Management are preferred 

 Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
