Concierge Officer - Good Benefits (21K - 22K, 5 Days)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service or guest relations or concierge services field
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description:

  • Provide high quality customer services
  • Handle both verbal and written enquiries, requests and complaints 
  • Provide after-sale services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Handle ad hoc project and administration works as assigned by Manager
