Assistant Operation Manager (25K - 30K, 5 Days)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder

  • At least 3 years Operation or Administration or Human Resources experience
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred

Responsibilities  

  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement

  • Handle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and candidate interviewing arrangement
  • Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes
  • Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
  • Source, monitor and review vendor service and contracts
  • Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management
