Secretary / Personal Assistant / Admin Officer (25K - 30K) 5 Days

Requirements

  • Diploma or University graduate
  • At least 3 year relevant administrative or secretarial or clerical experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing 
  • A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior executive
  • Assist the Management in all business activities, co-ordinate meeting schedules, and implementation of projects
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
  • Prepare correspondences and handle assignments independently 
  • Maintain good relationship and liaise with various internal departments
