Assistant Manager, Property Management

• Carry out a wide range of activities including property management, maintenance & leasing
• Coordinate with external vendors for quotation administration and work arrangement
• Conduct investigations to protect organization assets
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Degree holder in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization
• Self-motivated, innovative, detail-minded and with strong analytical skills
• Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
