Product Manager (Asia Pacific Loan Syndications and Structured Finance)

  • Assist senior managers to originate and execute syndicated loan and structured loan transactions
  • Responsible for preparation of pitchbook and information memorandum, assist on loan pricing and syndication strategy and negotiation of loan documents
  • Responsible for department MIS
  • Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets and the related regulations
  • Detailed oriented with good business acumen and a team player, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, good command of Mandarin
  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with at least 3 years’ working experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skill
  • Holder of HKMA 1, 4 licenses is preferred (HKIB)

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
