Foreman-Infrastructure Maintenance Team (Civil) (Ref: 2400007K)

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising a team of technical staff and contractor staff to carry out civil assets and the associated trackside civil facilities maintenance works for the operating railway
• Prepare maintenance programmes and work orders as well as review method statements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of works

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering, Building Studies or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of civil or structural defects investigation and rectification, as well as experience in landscape maintenance or civil engineering works are advantages
• Possession of Technically Competent Person T1 (Minor Works) Certificate

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
• Required to perform shift duties and working under adverse weather and emergency situations

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
