Associate Digital Performance Manager

Position Responsibilities

Business Development & Driving Agency Growth

  • Support the management team in prospecting clients and revenue tracking to drive the agency to achieving growth and revenue targets.
  • Contribute in developing new products and ways of working to drive sustained agency growth
  • Represent iProspect in developing strategic partnerships with various publishers and suppliers to drive better support and commercial agreements.
  • Play an active role in representing iProspect in various trade and industry events including participating in relevant industry awards to build the iProspect reputation in Hong Kong and on a regional level.
  • Help in strategic input, preparation for and attend business pitches as required


Strategic Performance Marketing

  • Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels and the potential for them in your clients marketing activity
  • Contribute in developing new products and ways of working to drive sustained agency growth
  • Establish an understanding of all areas of iProspect’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to your clients
  • Help in preparation for and attend business pitches as required


Leadership & Management

  • Become of Lead of the ‘performance media” business stream at iProspect Hong Kong, driving growth and best practices, working proactively with business directors and regional/global teams to roll out key initiatives including Programmatic expertise and Performance First programs to set iProspect apart from the competition
  • Play a proactive and leading role within the agency to drive a culture of learning and innovation
  • Lead the day to day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution for key Tier One clients
  • Set and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure iProspect has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and service
  • Develop your presence, your perception as an authority / expert, your authentic confidence
  • Be a master of our internal processes
  • Prepare and lead performance review presentations
  • Lead development of regular results & resource analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations


Innovation & Initiative

  • Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients
  • Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings
  • Work with an attitude of ‘it’s up to me to make it happen’

Client Relationships

  • Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business and the goals of the client
  • Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure iProspect provides the right response at the right time in the right manner
  • Achieve a level of relationship with your clients whereby they trust and value your opinions and advice on their digital marketing activity

People Management

  • Actively nurture the goal of making iProspect an enjoyable and extraordinary place for staff to work and for clients to engage with
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the Digital Coordinator / Specialist through mentoring, supervision and
  • providing continual feedback on performance
  • Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload
  • Identify opportunities for Digital Coordinator / Specialist to take ownership of tasks or projects – under your supervision – to
  • aid in her/his development; give adequate room for them to grow within their roles and eventually beyond
  • Carry out Digital Coordinator / Specialist performance appraisals

  • Contribution to new business targets
  • Contribution to product and agency development (blog and press publications, awards/case studies, supporting new business initiatives)
  • Client satisfaction and retention
  • Contribution to Supplier relationship and commercial partnerships
  • Contribution to overall agency Learning and Development
  • Achievement of annual objectives
