Secretary to Project Team (24K-28K) - railway engineering consulting firm (Tsuen Wan/5 days)

The Company :

• Professional railway engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for Secretary to Project team - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Office Manager
• Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Project team of 3 members
  
• Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
  
• Manage documentation and correspondence. 
• Coordinate project schedules
• Prepare regular monitoring plan to ensure project deliverables are on schedule
  
• Compile reports, proposals and related documentation for the project team
  
• Maintain and keep update project files
  
• Any ad hoc tasks as required
• Tertiary education
  
• 5+ years secretarial / administrative support / project support or equivalent
  
• An advantage if possess work experience in a consulting engineering environment
  
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• No trips is required
  
• 5 days work
