Professional railway engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
We are looking for Tender Admin Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to the Tender Manager
Assist to the Tender Manager in the preparation of tender documents for multiple projects
Coordinate, prepare, consolidate and compile of documents required for tender submission
To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
To collate tender information and references from various sources, both internally and externally, which are needed for submission;
To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with tender requirements.
Tertiary education
Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
Familiar with engineering consulting or related is an advantage
Interest in railway consulting is a plus
