Purchasing Asst (20K-22K X 13) – Europe watch trading (Tsuen Wan/5 days)

Watch trading company
We are composed of engineers and technical experts. We are able to develop new projects and products which fulfill clients’ specifications and international standards.
We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
Main market : US and European watch brands and clients
We are looking for Purchasing Assistant - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to the Purchasing Manager
Work in Purchasing Team of 3 members
Over 2-3 years work experience in trading/manufacturing/buying offices of any products
Work experience in watch is a plus
Work experience in purchasing components is a plus
Work experience under ERP environment is a plus
Understand the watch suppliers, possess sourcing knowledge
Team work in Purchasing Department
Data entry into ERP to update purchasing details
Participate in purchasing of watch components
Follow up the material supply and shortage status.
Coordinate with suppliers, quality team, and related parties to have a smooth supply of materials.
Coordinate and negotiate with various watch component suppliers
Issue PO, negotiate & follow up delivery with vendors
Monitor the inventory level of materials, take proper actions to speed up material turnover rate, avoid excess stock.
Work in close collaboration with internal departments & China Office to well understand stock status and take proactive actions to catch up schedule.

5 days work
13 months salary + performance bonus
Annual leave : 14 days
