KYC / Client Onboarding Analyst - Top US Private Bank

Our client is a top American Investment/ Private Bank and they are currently looking for a KYC/ Client Onboarding Analyst to join their client onboarding team to handle client onboarding and client interaction for Asia Pacific high net worth clients. The candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in client onboarding and client relationship for PB clients with international banking industry.

Our client is the one of the largest American Investment/ Private banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a KYC/ Client Onboarding Analyst/ Associate to join their client onboarding team to handle client onboarding and client interaction for Asia Pacific high net worth clients. The team is responsible for client onboarding function for Asia Pacific clients. They handle client interactions, BU interactions, Project Management for new client onboarding requests and ensuring all other stakeholders involved during client onboarding cycle are informed.

• Responsible for high priority client onboarding, client interactions, business unit interactions, project management for new client onboarding requests for Asia Pacific clients
• Acts as single point contact for business units and clients for operational issues across onboarding cycle
• Liaise with clients for requirements gathering, onboarding documentations and agreement negotiation, develop and enhance client relationships, by providing exceptional levels of client service
• Partner with other onboarding teams to identify key issues, trends and efficiency opportunities that can be addressed with clients/BUs with the goal of enhancing entire onboarding process
• Work with global counterparts and contribute to global initiatives or discussion relating to client projects or change initiatives
• Look for client / business operational efficiencies and commercial opportunities
• Work with IT to develop, test and rollout new reporting / technology requirements

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline from overseas university
• 3-5 years of working experience in client onboarding, client relationship, KYC/ CDD, AML within banking industry. Exposure in APAC/ international clients preferred
• Strong knowledge of Listed Derivatives or OTC Clearing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, listening and project management skills
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English skills
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure and achieve results
