工作内容

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Manage and optimize the inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stock-outs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of logistics activities.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and track shipment schedules, resolve any transportation issues, and proactively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation services.
• Implement and enforce best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
