We are looking for ACCOUNTING ASST - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to the Accounting Manager
Work in Accounting team of 2 members
Responsible for day-to-day accounting function including issuing of cheques, bank-in, data entry
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal vouchers and perform intercompany reconciliation
Assist in preparing accounting reports and records
Assist to maintain and follow up Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform bank reconciliation
Provide support for administrative duties
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager
Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
1-2 years of working experience in accountancy firm or commercial sector
Proficient in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
SAP system experience is preferred
5 days work : Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
Annual leave : 10 days
Additional few days Company holidays in Chinese New Year

Work-life balance : very few OT work is required
