HR Associate - Tier 1 Europe Corporate Bank

The candidate will be supporting the Regional HR Department that based in Hong Kong, providing comprehensive HR services including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives/projects along with the team.

Description

  • Handle all rounded HR operations, from benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, management of employee data, and ensure they are up to date on HR system.
  • Take charge of coordinating the recruitment logistics, supporting each stage of the annual internship program, from candidate selection and interviews to seamless onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with the inhouse administrative team to organize and execute engaging staff events and activities, create a vibrant and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Manage the coordination of both internal and external training programs, including attendance tracking, arranging off-site training venues, logistics, and ensuring seamless IT setup for effective training sessions.
  • Actively contribute to ad hoc assignments and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving organizational needs.


Profile

  • Possess a university degree in a related discipline or hold other relevant qualifications.
  • Have a minimum of two to three years of experience in human resources management, with a preference for exposure in financial institutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR-related legislations.
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display proficiency in both written English and Chinese.
