Description

As the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and management of lending products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, risk management, and operations, to deliver exceptional lending solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your expertise in product development, market research, and industry trends will be instrumental in shaping the lending product remap. As a team head, you will provide coaching and guidance to teammates at various experience levels while driving the team towards product development objectives.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in product development within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on consumer lending products.
• Strong understanding of lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative financial products that drive business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a strategic approach to product development and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management frameworks is a plus.
• Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese included)
