BU Head (Finance Department)

Requirements

• At least 15 years relevant experience
• Experience in Company Secretarial role will be an advantage
• Qualified Accountant is a MUST (prefer member of HKICPA)
• Familiar with HK & PRC manufacturing accounting & taxation
• Experience in treasury and cost management will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• in-charge of the Finance Team in HK and China
• Handle group consolidation
• Implementation and execution of Company Policies and Procedures
• Handle planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost controlling, business analysis, staff management, dealing with legal matters, supplier contract negotiation and renewable
• Handle ad-hoc projects
