Payables Assistant Accountant (28k)

The candidate will be responsible for handling the daily accounting duties

Description

• Handle payment processes and assist in various reporting activities
• Answer to the inquiries and support on accounts payable related matters
• Assist in internal control related matters to ensure compliance with internal control requirements
• Participate in the development and implementation of system and process improvement initiatives
• Provide day-to-day operation and administration support
• Work on any other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Profile

• Degree holder and preferably a member of a recognised accountancy body
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Experience in using ERP system e.g. SAP, Oracle will be highly advantageous
