Senior Programming Engineer - E&M (Capital Works) (Ref:240000RV)

We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed design, construction plans, programmes and tender documentation as well as monitor progress against programme milestones and advise on recovery actions
• Ensure the timely provision of adequate programming progress reports and make recommendations for timely project completion
• Conduct forensic delay assessment and quantitative schedule risk analysis
• Support the development of digital processes and systems for contemporaneous time management and earned value management

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in major construction projects
• Construction experience in railway projects or other major infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in programming techniques with hands-on experience in the application of programming software, preferably Primavera P6
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution and qualification with relevant experience in NEC Project Management are preferred

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
