Project Manager (34K-36K) - Japanese toy brand owner & trading (station Guangdong/5 days)

• We are looking for Project Manager  - with details as follows :

• Lead and supervise Engineering Team to work with customers in business and product development.
• Plan, manage, and control engineering projects from costing to shipment.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary product development activities with customers and internal departments.
• Communicate and resolve all product, quality and manufacturing issues among customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Actively manage new product development and timelines to ensure all processes are on-track to meet committed delivery dates.
• Train and develop project team members
• Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by management.
• Diploma/Degree holder in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in Toys manufacturing; with at least 5 years in managerial position.  
• Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure in development, production, quality, and safety.
• An advantage if experience in Die-cast toys
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Work based in Dongguan office 
• Frequent trip to Vietnam and Indonesia offices
• 5 days work
• Company shuttle bus provided daily between Lo Wu & Dongguan office
