Description

• Develop and implement robust automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create and maintain complex Excel Macros to optimize data processing and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate workflows and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure smooth operation.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Automate and Excel.

Profile

• ossess a Higher Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience of 2 years or more in IT, with a track record of creating and managing Cloud and Desktop flows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Excel, including VBA and Macro development, would be advantageous.
• Proficient in using Power Automate and Excel Macros.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience with API integrations and understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cantonese is preferred
