We are looking for Shipping & Trading Coordinator - with details as follows :

The Job :

Degree holder
Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Over 2-3 years work experience in international trading
Experience in shipping or logistics documents
Work in Trading Operation Team of 3-4 members
Team work in shipping and logistics documentation for international trading
Team work in order processing, shipping documentation and trading related documentation work
Prepare and issue business contracts and data input into ERP system
Follow up and monitor status of invoices and payments
Coordinate with shipping companies/logistics service providers for shipment/logistics arrangement
Communicate with business partners, internal departments and external parties
No trips is required
5 days work
Annual leave : 12 days
13 months salary + performance bonus
