Client Details

Our client is a well-known Insurance company.

They are currently hiring a Business Intelligence Manager (SQL, Power BI) to join their data warehouse team. The role involves leading data transformation projects, conducting data analysis, and designing and developing data visualization reports and dashboards, which focus on customer service, sales, and finance sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL programming skills, be familiar with Power BI, and possess excellent communication skills.

Description

• Work closely with business teams to identify needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive growth
• Oversee overall data management activities across data pipelines, dashboards (Power BI) and ETL process
• Develop and scale innovative dashboards to derive data insights from unstructured data
• Work closely with offshore data engineers to support ongoing data transformation projects, concerning analytics data validation to maintain data integrity
• Coordinate with both internal and external technical support teams to deliver the solutions to the transformation projects
• Improve and develop business data metrics and analytics capabilities
• Perform workflow automaton and digitalization to optimize efficiency

Profile

• Bachelor in Analytics, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data analytics with Power BI
• Strong Background in consulting/ Insurance/ Banking/ or any other financial services
• Hands-on with SQL and Power BI
• Strong in process automation and digitalization
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Start-up momentum with a can-do attitude
