Description

  • Product Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to define product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
    • Identify target segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach key customer groups.
    • Set pricing strategies and monitor market dynamics to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:

    • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates product value and differentiation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to create impactful marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, and sales tools.
    • Craft engaging product narratives and stories that resonate with customers and highlight key benefits and features.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

  • Product Launch and Campaign Management:

    • Lead product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.
    • Develop comprehensive launch plans, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and training materials.
    • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and making data-driven optimizations.
    • Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities for our product portfolio.
    • Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Passion for innovation, construction technologies, and driving customer success.
