Importer, wholesaler & marketer : office machine parts
Main market : Hong Kong
We are looking for Sales Coordinator - with details as follows :

The Job :

F.5 graduates
Tertiary education a plus
2-3 years sales support/sales administrative role, or equivalent
Experience in HK market is a plus
Proficient in Excel
Experience in machine parts is a plus
Provide support to Sales Team
Provide professional service to customers
Orders follow up until goods delivered
Prepare sales documentation like proposals and quotations to customers
Coordinate with internal teams for placing order to suppliers; as well as delivery arrangement of goods to customers
5 days work
