工作内容

• Manage the complete source-to-pay process, including requisition handling, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Oversee the vendor registration and onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct regular vendor evaluations and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts with suppliers, leveraging your industry knowledge and strong procurement acumen to secure the best possible terms.
• Implement and maintain robust procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sustainability) to develop and align procurement strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data, identifying trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and presentations to management on procurement activities, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a procurement role
• Thorough understanding of the source-to-pay process, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of securing favorable contractual terms.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
