Senior Facility Officer - Developer

A key position responsible to handle all technical issues for the properties and building 's work related issues.

Our client is a top developer and they are seeking for a new Senior facilities officer.

Description

He/she will be primarily responsible for taking over the planning, managing, and executing service, the Assistant Facility Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

• liaise with the Project team and Maintenance team for the T&C and set up of operation;
• Monitor all aspects of facility management expenditure control, improvement of services, facilities operation, stock control, monitoring of outsourcing contractor's performance ;
• Look after budgeting, budget control and other administrative duties;
• To act as shift-in-charge of the Section and to handle emergency matters as required;
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by management Team.

Profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Service Engineering
• Minimum 5 year's supervisory level experience in property management
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (B0)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• More experience candidate will be considered as AM

Job Offer

• 12 months salary
• 15 days AL
• Full medical covered
