Manage start up F&B business - Target 3 - 5 outlets to be set up in Hong Kong

Target HKD 300 - 500 per pax spending

Client Details

My Client is business owner with multiple business and has set his eyes on Hong Kong F & B market. He is looking for a partner to assist him in the starting of the F & B department.

Description

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Develop business plan, budget, sales target and forecast. Continuously iterate and course correct on sales process, meet and exceed KPI's
• Build brand identity which resonates with key audiences in Hong Kong, to differentiate from competitors and trigger client conversations whilst support talent retention and acquisition
• Review pricing structures. This includes both the cost of increases and competitive pricing
• Developing an overall strategy to improve cost, inventory efficiency and vendor management

Profile

• Education in relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of solid experience in food and beverage management
• Passion in Food and beverages
• Excellent communication skills
