Senior Officer – Risk Assessments (Policy Owner Service) - Insurance co

Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessment on individual life and health policies
• Provide quality service on policy alterations to both clients and agents
• Assist in system enhancement projects and ad hoc projects as assigned
• Provide clerical & operational support to HNW business operation including handling assignment documents and policy alternations
• Handle control reports to ensure quality of operation
• Update manuals
• Prepare memo and correspondence

Requirements:

• University graduates, with at least 4 years' underwriting or related insurance experience
• Strong knowledge on premium financing, insurance with company and trust structure is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Proficient in writing English & Chinese correspondence
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
