Executive Officer - Half-Government Organization (Education)

My client is looking for an Executive Officer with excellent communication manner to manage their various public projects and working with various stakeholders. You will be working independently with external parties.

Our client is an independent statutory body, with over 30 years of history in Hong Kong. They work closely with local education institutions with their professional services.

工作内容

• Offer comprehensive administrative support to one or more business units.
• Facilitate logistical coordination for accreditation exercises, qualifications assessment, workshops/seminars/meetings, and other quality assurance activities.
• Handle external and internal enquiries, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Perform qualification assessments for external stakeholders, including reviewing documents and credentials, verifying information, and providing recommendations
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team

理想的求职者

• Higher diploma and above in education, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Experience in education or a related field will be an asset
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A fluent command of the English, Mandarin, and Cantonese languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
