Project Officer (1-year contract) (23240684)

The Graduate School of Hong Kong Baptist University provides central administration for research postgraduate education and supports the University's strategic directions in fostering "Best Student Experience". We are a highly motivated team looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated team player to perform data analysis duties and project coordination for the office management and development team.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive the execution of assigned projects by tracking progress and collaborating to achieve project objectives;
• Analyse data and present findings to supervisors to support strategic planning initiatives;
• Assist in the development of the University’s digital transformation projects for research postgraduate programmes;
• Help improve the quality of student data on admission, studies and graduation, including data cleaning of the existing database; and
• Help maintain and manage office systems, perform UAT for system updates, and gather stakeholders feedback.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree or above, or equivalent;
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with ample experience in programme and data administration;
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility; and
• Proficiency in computing applications particularly in using databases and spreadsheets.

The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of 1 year.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
