HR Analyst - US Listed - Consumer Goods

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join the team. The role involves analysing HR data, generating reports and supporting various HR functions.

Description

• Support various HR functions
• Participate total rewards surveys in APAC and EMEA regions
• Collect the survey results and conduct market research to analyse competitive compensation trends
• Assist in communications development and tools/platforms enhancement to strengthen the understanding of Total Rewards policies and processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Profile

• Diploma holder and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 + year of experience in the Human Resources field, experience in compensation and benefits operations/data processing
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Knowledge in data management tool such as VLOOKUP and Pivot table in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
