Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall mission and goals of the organization.
• Manage the organization's budgeting process, including the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets to ensure effective financial control.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and expense management.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to the executive team and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure transparency and accountability.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Profile

• At least 10 years experience required
• Qualified accountant is preferred
• Familiar with IPO and Capital Market in HK and US
• People manager and willing to coach junior
