Senior Officer, Property Management

Responsibilities:

  • Foster good relationship with tenants and handle tenants’ complaints

  • Handle repair and maintenance of a portfolio of investment properties
  • Attend I/O meetings
  • Coordinate in renovation projects; and
  • Take on other / ad hoc duties / task as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Estate Management / Property Management

  • MCIH / MHKIH / MCABE or other relevant professional qualification(s)
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • MS Office, CAD would be a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of BMO and DMC

 

Candidates with less qualifications and / or relevant experience may be considered for the post of Officer, Property Management.
