Hong Kong : trading office, sales & marketing office
We are looking for Japanese speaking Legal & Compliance Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to native Japanese General Manager
Work independently for full spectrum of legal and compliance role of HK office
Oversee the legal & compliance audit function
Draft and review agreements, contracts, company policies & regulations and other legal documents
Advice business units on legal & compliance and regulatory issues, contracting matters etc.
Correspond for various internal/external audits, such as ISO, JSOX etc.
Provide legal advice and support for management decision making
Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and other professional advisors
Perform ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary
Bachelor Degree in Law or other related disciplines
3-5 years of relevant experience, in-house environment is preferred
Hand-on experience in legal and compliance / audit field
An advantage if familiar withthe operations in electronics/trading industry
Familiar with HK Law, sound knowledge in market practices
Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficient in Japanese for daily work communication (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 or above)
5 days work week; flexible working hours
13 months salary + 2 X performance bonus
Annual leave : 12 days + extra Company holidays
Door-to-Door transporation allowance
Medical insurance including spouse & children
