Technical Lead - Digital Health Services Platform

You will lead a team of software engineers to develop complex applications with micro service architecture and ensure the stability and performance targets are met or exceeded with proper solution design and implementation, covering all end-to-end components including infrastructure.

Description

• Technical leadership on projects including:
• Understand the business requirements and propose creative and innovative solutions
• Communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, at an appropriate level of detail
• Team leader and line management responsibilities for the assigned squad
• Project leadership
• Organise and host planning sessions to produce technical specifications, sizing, and task breakdown

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience leading software development teams
• Knowledge of AI technology including Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Proficient in cloud computing technologies such as Microsoft Azure
• Advanced knowledge of C# and dotnet
• Working knowledge of:
• JavaScript and related client-side frameworks (e.g. VueJS)
• Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL programming and Relational Database design
• UX based design
• Building and consuming API's (e.g. RESTful / SOAP)
• DevOps Release and Deployment (CI/CD)
• Software Development Lifecycle toolsets (e.g. Azure DevOps/JIRA)
• Methodologies (e.g. Agile/SCRUM) and associated techniques / practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
