Asst Leasing Manager (30K-40K) - property owner / property investment / landlord side (Wong Chuk Hang MTR)

The Company :
  • Property owner & investor (landlord)
  • We own office buildings as well as several office premises in Hong Kong
  • We are looking for Asst Leasing Manager - with details as follows :
 
The Job :
  • Report to General Manager 
  • Perform all round leasing activities for the Company owned properties
  • Handle new lettings and tenancy renewal of the Group’s property portfolio including marketing, tenancy administration, liaise and negotiate with property agents, potential clients and tenants;
  • Review and implement marketing plans
  • Supervise the work of one clerical subordinate
  • Tertiary education 
  • Studies in Real Estate is a plus 
  • 5+ years experience in property leasing, tenancy administration or property management;
  • Experience in landlord side is highly prefer
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave 12 days
  • Medical insurance
