We are looking for Accounting Assistant – with details as follows :

The Job :

Work in Accounting team of 5 members
Team work in full set of accounts
Data entry AP & AR, bank reconciliations.
Maintain proper accounting transactions & records
Prepare monthly reports and accounting documents
Handle data entry, filing and other clerical duties
Any ad-hoc assignments as required
Accounting studies
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years accounting experience
Proficient in using Excel e.g. Pivot Table and various formulas
Proficient in English and Chinese
5 days work
13 months salary + performance bonus
Annual leave : 12 days
Medical insurance
Attendance allowance
