Engineer- Railway

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide/Assist in RAMS assessment of railway / mobility application systems/subsystems/products according to international railway standards and other applicable requirements;
  • Provide/Assist in consultancy on railway / mobility applications, sustainability services and other consulting projects;
  • Provide/Assist in project management to provide the project deliverables in good quality and timeliness;
  • Provide/Assist to prepare technical proposals and offers;
  • Receive in-house / external trainings (including on-the-job and lecture trainings). 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer/IT or equivalent);
  • Passionate in railway / future mobility technologies (e.g. autonomous driving);
  • Candidates with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience or more in either:
  • Has performed technical review in one or more of the following disciplines (Rolling Stock, Civil & Structural, Signalling, Trackwork or other railway E&M systems);
  • Has safety related experience in railway industry and application of Railway Standards (EN 50126/8/9, IEC 61508, etc.);
  • Has safety related experience in vehicle industry and application of Functional Safety Standards (ISO26262, etc.);
  • Strong ability in data analysis / MS Office;
  • Flexibility to travel (occasionally depending on project locations / schedules);
  • Independent, self-discipline and diligent to work under high pressure;
  • Strong communication skills and good command of English;
  • Office Location: Hong Kong.
