Human Resources & Admin Manager (30K-35K) - US fashion garment trims trading (Tsuen Wan/5 days)

  • We are looking for Human Resources & Admin Manager - with details as follows :  
 
The Job :
  • Report to the General Manager of HK office
  • Fully responsible and work independently for daily human resources operations of Hong Kong office for 90-100 headcount
  • Perform daily human resources operations including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, staff records update, MPF, staff relations, medical claims .....
  • Office administrative role including update of equipment records, monitor the cost of office supplies, licenses & contracts renewal...etc
  • Supervise the work of 2 admin subordinates
  • Tertiary education
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in all round human resources & office admin role
  • Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus
  • Experience in garment / trims / textiles / accsesories is a plus
  • Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision required
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
